Bucket of Treats

These are the little treats I made for my "card club" friends. I took a glassine bag and put some of my halloween treats in it (I posted those a few days ago). I put some pattern paper on front and tied a ribbon around the bag. The tag is from the set "Eat, Drink and Be Scary" (retired Stampin' Up). I added a die cut pumpkin sticker on the bottom corner (just seemed to need something). I hope they liked these treats!

Popcorn Treats

Here are a few mini popcorn treats I made for Halloween. I used the set "Voila" (Stampin' Up) and what I call Halloween colors (purple, orange and black). I like the mini size, it fits perfect with some other little treats. The tag is from the set "Eat, Drink and Be Scary" (retired Stampin' Up). Pattern paper is from a variety of sources (mostly just stuff that I had)! Trick or Treat!

Mini Monsters

I have been so busy (doing what?? I don't know!) I bought this Cricut Cartridge almost a month ago (and made these cards), but didn't post them! (I almost forgot!) This is really a cute cartridge. I didn't really have any purpose to buy this, just thought it was cute (acutally, I guess that is how I do most of my shopping!) The first time I cut this skeleton, it was too large for the standard size envelope, so I bent his arms to hold a sign. The shape cards cute, but they are a little more difficult and time consuming (not really a good choice for making several for a package). Thanks for checking in. Next week, I will be posting some of my upcoming designs for my November workshops.

Halloween Treats!

Here are a few Halloween goodies I made for my craft show (and for my students). I bought these little clear plastic boxes and pillow boxes to fill with treats. (I actually bought enough so I could make Halloween, Christmas and Valentine treats for my students). Some of the boxes were filled with candy corn, some with Skittles, and some with halloween orange mints. I am going to give the little pillow box treats to my students and the rectangle boxes to my parent helpers. The stamp sets used here are "Boo To You" (Stampin' Up) and "Tasty Sweet" (retired Stampin' Up). Gingham ribbon is from Hobby Lobby, orange ribbon is from Michaels. I add some puffy white paint on the top of the candy corn to add some dimension. And lastly, of course, glitter glue was used to sparkle things up.

Halloween Treat Box

Gee, I guess it has been a while since I posted. I have been busy with school, getting ready for craft shows and getting back into scrapbooking (I have spend two weekends scrapbooking with friends). This halloween treat box was for a gift exchange for my scrapbooking weekend at the Lakeside Resort (thanks Teresa for the idea!). I started with a drink carrier and covered it with paper, then added some pumpkin decorations. Inside the treat box I added some candy, a small notebook, microwave popcorn, a package of cards and some hand sanitizer - all with a halloween theme. I hope the winner liked it! I won a large Yankee candle (fall scent!) Thanks for checking in, hope to be back soon!
